How do I apply for a WeBuild Concord home?
WeBuild Concord builds equitable and affordable homes for residents. Through partnerships with the City of Concord, Cabarrus County, and private and nonprofit sector partners, we have developed a collective impact model to serve residents with dignity. We provide opportunities for households between 30 to 80 percent of the area median income to own or rent quality homes.
To apply for our homes, we have engaged the services of our primary financial literacy and coaching partner, Prosperity Unlimited, Inc. Prosperity Unlimited is a certified Community Housing Development Corporation by the City of Concord, and a Department of Housing and Urban Development approved Housing Counseling Agency. You may enroll from your computer or phone.
