Request for Proposals for Architecture and Engineering: Making an Old Nursing Home Liveable Again

WeBuild Concord welcomes all architectural and engineering firms to help us revitalize the Logan Community in Concord, NC. We plan to breathe life into a nursing home abandoned since the early 1970s at 266 Malvern Drive SW, Concord, NC 28025. 

It is our vision to repurpose this development into luxurious and affordable condominiums. WeBuild is making homeownership a reality for the people of Concord and Cabarrus County. This development is less than a quarter mile from our Lincoln Street Townhome project, which will become home to 26 families soon.
